This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Helstify, including your team members and any AI agents acting on your behalf. It is part of the Helstify Terms of Service. Because Helstify provisions real domains, mailboxes, servers, and autonomous agents that can act in the world, misuse can cause real harm to others and to the reputation and infrastructure that all customers rely on. You are responsible for ensuring that everything done through your account, including by agents you authorise, complies with this AUP and with all applicable laws.
1. No illegal or harmful businesses and content
You may not use Helstify to build, host, or operate any business, site, content, or activity that is illegal or that facilitates illegal conduct. This includes, without limitation:
- fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake shops, and deceptive or unfair commercial practices;
- sale or distribution of unlawful goods or services, including controlled substances, weapons, or stolen data or credentials;
- money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing of terrorism or other prohibited parties;
- child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors — such material will be reported to the relevant authorities;
- content that infringes intellectual property, or that misappropriates another party's identity, brand, or trademarks, including domains or names chosen to impersonate or pass off as someone else;
- content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence or unlawful discrimination; and
- unlicensed operation of regulated activities (for example financial, medical, legal, gambling, or similar services) without the required authorisations.
2. No abuse of provisioned mail and domains
Mailboxes, sending capabilities, and domains provided through Helstify must not be used to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages to recipients who have not consented or where consent is not lawfully established;
- send deceptive, misleading, or forged headers, sender identities, or routing information;
- run phishing, credential-harvesting, or social-engineering campaigns;
- distribute malware or links to malicious content; or
- operate in a way that harms deliverability or reputation for other Helstify customers, or that breaches applicable anti-spam and electronic-communications laws.
You must honour unsubscribe requests, maintain accurate sender identity, and comply with the terms of any email or domain infrastructure providers involved.
3. No abuse of infrastructure
You may not use Helstify servers, compute, or network to:
- mine cryptocurrency, run distributed denial-of-service attacks, port-scan, or launch attacks against any system;
- host or distribute malware, botnets, or command-and-control infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Helstify, other tenants, or any third-party system, or to break out of the isolation between businesses;
- circumvent plan limits, metering, quotas, rate limits, or security controls; or
- consume resources in a manner that degrades the service for others.
You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or interfere with other customers' businesses. Coordinated security research is welcome only under a written arrangement with us.
4. Agent-misuse limits
Autonomous agents magnify both usefulness and risk, so specific limits apply. You must not:
- direct, prompt, or configure agents to carry out anything prohibited by this AUP or by law, including generating unlawful content, deceptive communications, or spam;
- use agents to impersonate a real person or organisation, or to generate content that misrepresents its AI origin where disclosure is legally required;
- grant agents scopes or credentials you are not authorised to grant, or use agents to access data, accounts, or systems you do not own or have permission to use;
- attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or circumvent the safety, scope, rate-limit, or audit controls of Helstify's agents or the connected AI providers;
- use agents to send high-volume communications, place orders, make financial commitments, or take other consequential actions without adequate human oversight appropriate to the risk; or
- use the platform or its output to build or train a competing AI or agent-orchestration product.
You remain fully responsible for all actions agents take on your behalf. You must monitor the audit log we provide and promptly revoke or narrow any scope that is being used in a way that breaches this AUP.
5. No misuse of connected third-party services
When you connect payment, advertising, social, commerce, or other third-party tools, you and your agents must comply with those providers' terms and policies. You may not use Helstify to breach a third party's terms, to circumvent their controls, or to operate their services in a prohibited way.
6. Reporting and cooperation
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP through your account, you must stop it and, where relevant, notify us. You must cooperate with reasonable requests to investigate suspected abuse, security incidents, or legal complaints.
7. Enforcement and suspension
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including warning you, narrowing or revoking agent scopes, throttling or disabling email sending, removing or disabling content, suspending or terminating individual businesses or your whole account, and reporting activity to law enforcement or affected third parties. Where a violation is severe, poses an ongoing risk of harm, threatens the platform or other customers, or is required to be stopped by law or by a provider, we may act immediately and without prior notice. Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy less serious issues. Enforcement action for a breach of this AUP is without prejudice to our other rights under the Terms of Service, and does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and take effect when posted. Your continued use of Helstify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
