This statement explains what you can expect from the availability of the Helstify service. It reflects how we genuinely operate and what we measure. It is provided in good faith and, except where mandatory law provides otherwise, it is not a contractual service-level guarantee and does not by itself entitle you to financial credits or refunds.
Our availability commitment
- We aim to keep Helstify and the businesses it hosts available and responsive, and we work to a high internal availability target. That target is a goal we hold ourselves to — it is not a promise or a guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage, and we do not offer automatic service credits. We removed earlier language that implied a guaranteed service level we were not measuring against, so that what we publish here is something we can honestly stand behind.
How we measure and publish availability
- We run continuous uptime monitoring of the platform and publish real, current status on our public status page at helstify.com/status.
- The status page is the authoritative source for whether the service is currently operating normally, degraded, or experiencing an incident, and it reflects measured data rather than marketing claims.
Scheduled maintenance
- From time to time we perform maintenance, updates, and upgrades that may briefly interrupt or degrade the service.
- Where maintenance is planned and likely to be disruptive, we aim to schedule it during lower-traffic periods and to give advance notice on the status page where practical. Time spent on scheduled or announced maintenance is not counted against our availability target.
What is excluded
Our availability target does not apply to interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control or outside the service itself, including:
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure): natural disasters, power or network failures, upstream provider or data-centre outages, and government or legal action.
- Failures or outages of third-party services and infrastructure we rely on or that you connect, including your own AI/compute provider (for example your Claude Code, Codex, or Antigravity plan), domain registrars, and DNS.
- Issues caused by your own configuration, code, content, or your account's usage, including exceeding plan limits or acceptable-use violations.
- Suspensions or terminations carried out in accordance with our terms.
- The free (Explorer) trial tier, beta or preview features, and any feature explicitly labelled as experimental.
- Isolated, brief, or intermittent interruptions that do not materially affect your use of the service.
Financial credits
- This statement does not create an automatic right to service credits or refunds for downtime.
- Where an outage materially affects you, Helstify may, entirely at its discretion, choose to offer a credit or partial refund for the affected period. Any such gesture is decided case by case and is not an admission of a guaranteed service level. Refunds and credits are otherwise governed by our Refund & Billing Policy.
Reporting an outage
- First, check the status page — an active incident is likely already recorded there, with updates as we work through it.
- If your issue is not reflected there, report it to us at hello@example.com with your account email, what you are seeing, and when it started. This helps us confirm and resolve issues affecting individual accounts that platform-wide monitoring may not catch.
