A solo founder is, on paper, six people. Strategy, engineering, marketing, finance, operations and quality — all of them, at once, badly, at eleven at night.
Most AI tools respond to this by giving you one assistant with one voice. Ask it about pricing and it answers like a marketer. Ask it about your deploy and it answers like a marketer too, with more jargon.
Helstify gives each business a council instead: six specialists and a chair.
The roles
CEO — strategy. Positioning, priorities, and what not to do. The one that tells you the feature you're excited about is a distraction from the thing that's actually broken.
CTO — engineering. Architecture, the build, deploys, reliability. Answers like an engineer shipping today, not one theorising about a rewrite.
CMO — growth. Acquisition, brand, content. Gives you specific campaigns and actual copy rather than a lecture on funnels.
CFO — finance. Pricing, margins, cash, forecasting. Answers with numbers, and will tell you your price is too low.
COO — operations. Support, fulfilment, process. Concrete workflows, not principles.
Testing & Debugging — quality. Reproduces bugs, writes and runs tests, and verifies fixes before they ship. Validating a build rather than describing one.
The chair — full council. Weighs all five executive views and gives you one decisive answer. This is the default, and it's what you want most of the time. Six opinions is not advice; it's a meeting.
You pick who you're talking to, and the choice sticks to that conversation — come back tomorrow and you're still talking to your CTO in the CTO thread.
The difference: they can actually do things
This is where a council stops being a personality trick.
On Operator plans and above, the council has scoped access to your business's real server. Not a sandbox, not a preview — the container your site actually runs in. "The DNS for the new subdomain isn't resolving" is something it goes and fixes, not something it writes you a guide about.
Three things keep that safe:
Isolation is structural. Every business runs in its own container with its own encrypted credentials and its own per-project tokens. A council can only ever reach the business it belongs to. That isn't a permission check that could be bugged around — it's the shape of the system.
Everything is written down. Every change lands in an audit log you can read, showing what changed and when. The panel surfaces the changes from the last turn directly under the conversation, so you see what just happened without going looking.
You decide how much rope. Auto-approve is a choice, not a default, and the panel says plainly what it means when you turn it on.
Choosing what it costs you
The council runs on your own AI plan — you connect your account, and Helstify drives it on your behalf with revocable permissions. You bring the compute; we bring the platform. That means no markup on tokens and no surprise bill from us.
Because you're paying for the tokens, you get a token-optimization dial from 1 to 10. Turn it up and the council trims context aggressively, summarises history, and keeps replies tight. Turn it down and it keeps more of the conversation in play for hard problems. The panel shows exactly which techniques are active at your setting, so it's never a mystery slider.
You also choose the model per conversation — sharpest, balanced, or fastest — and the reply length. A quick "is this DNS record right?" doesn't need the same budget as "review our pricing."
What it's actually like
You open the panel and the council is the first thing there, because it's what you came for. Underneath it are the numbers you chose to watch — from a catalogue of 57, up to eight at a time.
You type a question. If you've picked a member, it answers in that specialism. If you haven't, the chair does. When it makes changes to your server, they appear in a panel under the conversation. If you've wandered off to another tab, it chimes when the answer lands.
It is, deliberately, not a magic box that runs your company while you sleep. It's six specialists who know your business, are available at 2am, don't need managing, and can reach the machine.
Try it with a real business — three idea validations a month are free, and the council is there from the first one.
Describe an idea. See it scored honestly.
Three validations a month, free, no card. Helstify will tell you when an idea won't work — that's rather the point.
